Refunds & Returns

Let's start by saying that we are always available to resolve any issues you may have during and after ordering your customized map. We want to make sure you're happy with our service. Our 5-star customer reviews are a result of that!

Our maps are custom made, reviewed by humans to make sure you get an excellent quality product. This process limits our refund options compared to standard, off-the-shelf e-commerce products.

You are eligible for a refund or another product if:

  • The product you received is severely damaged OR
  • The product you received significantly differs from what is advertised on our website.

If an error in the details you provided resulted in an incorrectly made design, such as the location of the map or any text written on it, we don't accept returns for customer errors. We also don't accept returns for errors made with the shipping address or print features (size or format). We are happy to reship prints once returned to the labs given a reshipment fee is paid which depends on the correct shipping address provided. Please contact our support team at support@starrymaps.com and they'll be happy to assist you.

To complete your exchange or refund, we require an order number or proof of purchase. We accept exchange or refund requests up to 30 days after the purchase.

Since the maps are custom made we don't require you to ship them back to us in case they are damaged. We ask you to send us a couple of photos to inspect.

Digital Products

Digital downloads will look exactly the same as you see them on our website. If you've made a typo in your personal message on the map, or have any issues downloading the file you need instantly after purchase please get in touch at support@starrymaps.com and we'll be happy to help.
